Privacy and Policies Return Policy
You must inform us of order errors or damages within 5 days of receiving your package. If your order was not filled properly or arrived damaged, we will arrange pick-up for the incorrect/damaged items. We will cover shipping charges and have the proper items delivered to you as necessary.
You may refund or exchange all or part of your order for any reason within 45 days of purchase. After the 45 day period the materials will not be eligible for refund or return. The product must be returned in original condition. We will not be responsible for return shipping costs, lost packages or items damaged upon return. Please include your contact information inside the return package.

Q: How are shipping costs calculated?
A: We have 3 basic shipping zones; U.S.A., Canada and all other International Countries. Our costs are calculated using United States Postal Rates (USPS) and United Postal Service (UPS) rates. Rates are applied to books in increments of 5. In the U.S.A., our standard shipping (6-14 day delivery) is generally done via USPS and our express shipping (2-5 day delivery) is generally done via UPS. If you require next day delivery, please call our main Houston office to arrange the shipment.
Q: How long does it take to ship to Australia?
A: We ship to Australia via the postal service and orders take approximately 14 days from the shipping day.
Q. What is Local Pick-Up?
A: Local pick-up is available to customers who are able to physically pick up book/product orders from designated distribution points. Our main N. America distribution center is located in Houston, Texas. Individuals are welcome to pick up orders at the center. Individuals are welcome to pick up orders at the center. Please call in advance to schedule a pick up time.
Q. How long does is take to ship my order?
A: All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of the order (excluding Sat. & Sun.) and most are shipped the same day the order is placed. We will notify you by email or phone if a shipping delay is expected. Please don’t hesitate to call our office with any questions or inquiries.
